The Budgerigar Council of South Australia (BCSA) consists of members from affiliate, half affiliate, and associate societies from within the state. Each year, nominations are called for Office Bearers from affiliate societies. The BCSA acts as the governing body for budgerigar fancy in the State. These nominations close on June 1st, with the Annual General Meeting (AGM) being held mid July.
